Definitely time for a review for the Eco Store now that we’ve completed our 3rd project with them! I remember when The Eco Store opened up years ago in Oak View. It was such a pleasure to see so many potential home improvement projects, all in one place, and that all inspired a better way of living at our house. Our first project with the Eco Store was a gray water system to move abundant shower water out to our plants and gardens. That felt so good that we then did a second project with the Eco Store. They created a simple and affordable rain water catchment system that now gives us enough water to completely water all of our plants, gardens, and even our backyard grass areas! Now we’ve just completed a salt-free whole house home water filtration system that gives us high-quality drinking water throughout our whole house, and allows us to NOT have to dump salt into a tank every month. Working with Erica at the store is always a pleasure. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. She makes a large variety of household soaps and sells them at the Eco Store. That makes it so we are re-using all of our plastic soap bottles! We’ve done a lot of home improvements at our house with various contractors. LeVon (owner) cares about your house, provides a professional installation, and seems to know everything about conserving energy and water at your house! Working with him is like having a good friend over your house. But when he leaves, you feel 100% better about your house, and how you are working with nature to support the house and it’s water needs. I know they work with electrical needs at your house too… maybe project #4 in the future for us!?!? It is always a real pleasure working with the Eco Store team. We highly recommend them!

We visited the store, left our contact information, and expressed an interest in a whole-house filtration system. In short order, we received a visit by co-owner Levon. Using his cell phone pictures of various designs, he helped us make a choice. He pointed out the pros and cons of the various designs. He made it very clear how his pricing was under the competition's costs. Please note that it is our experience that contractors frequently use a "the sky is falling so hurry up and choose the most costly options" approach. LaVon and Erica did quite the opposite! LaVon took the time to discuss three installation locations. He and his wife, Erica, gave us the time to make our choice, gave us an updated cost estimate, and installed the filtration system in very short order. LaVon even came by two days later to inspect for any malfunctions that may have occurred (none were found). LaVon and Erica are very professional people AND very personable. Doing business with them was a pleasure!!

I didn’t think my existing water filter unit was functioning properly and asked local EcoStore for help. Within a day I had a visit. Next day I had a completely new unit. Now the water tastes great.

Erica and LeVon are very knowledgeable. We had them install a solar system in our RV. They were informed us about the options and did a great job to get us a superior system. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work. I highly recommend!

Eco store is the best! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable owner is ready to take the time to talk through your problem, help you understand your options and then make sure you get the solutions you need. Can't recommend highly enough.
